Well if you want a permanent tattoo then look for an artist who is able, good and earnest. Go for the best because the tattoo is going to remain with you for the rest of the life.
I LOVE my tattoo artist in Bradenton FL, he specializes in mandalas and fine work and can draw up an entire font based on a brief example--also tattoos Sublime frequently. Not crazy expensive but super talented, and the fastest tattoo artist I've ever hard while being very thorough ! Google Jason Fritze 29 Palms Florida!
