Does anyone know what time the meet and greet is for VIP for red rocks?

I called both red rocks and axs and they said will call opens 4 hrs before show starts. So you can pick up tickets anytime after 2:30 they didn't have anything set with times about anything else.

Will call closes at 3 and we have to collect our tickets before they close, so i imagine we will find out when we collect our tickets đ
